It would be great if we could create subcategories within a category.
It would be nice to be able to translate (or change) the default texts for "How can we help?", "Was this article helpful?", or "Popular Articles".
Articles we are typing should be auto-saved and/or stored in our cache so we do not lose the article if something happens to our browser session.
It would be great if we can limit team access to categories as well.

I would like to allow employees access from the company network via IP restrictions. Only employees who access the KB on the go should receive the password prompt.
Ability to import articles from previous knowledge base.
Implement the possibility to change article slugs. So when the article slug is "this-is-the-article-title", make it editable so we can use "my-custom-article-slug".
For those using as a knowledgebase, the ability to download a form from a knowledgebase article would be great.
