It would be nice to be able to translate (or change) the default texts for "How can we help?", "Was this article helpful?", or "Popular Articles".
Admin can export the entire database to XML or similar format. Ideally as HTML pages with text/formatting/images in tact.
Ability to have a 'download as PDF' button for viewers of an article, that would download a nice branded PDF of an article.

Being able to indent paragraphs and/or do nested numbering would be really helpful for legal documents / policies.
Implement the possibility to change article slugs. So when the article slug is "this-is-the-article-title", make it editable so we can use "my-custom-article-slug".

For those using as a knowledgebase, the ability to download a form from a knowledgebase article would be great.
I would like to allow employees access from the company network via IP restrictions. Only employees who access the KB on the go should receive the password prompt.
I would like to disable indexing bots for some posts and exclude it from sitemap.xml.
