Create a team role which allows for article creation but not publishing

Like on Wordpress, have a team user role which allows someone to create a "draft" of an article but does not allow them to publish it to the knowledgebase.

We have a large team and although everyone can contribute to the knowledgebase, we want to be able to approve their content before its published and available to others on our team.

I would suggest a new Team Role of "Contributor" or similar which only allows for the creation of Articles in Draft form. Editors or Admin can then see these drafts and publish them if the choose to.
