Table of contents - eniston Feedback Board

Would be great to have the ability to pull from H1-H4 within the document to create a table of contents.

Great for SEO and faster navigation.

A table of contents is currently available for the "Documentation" theme. We'll look into a way to bring that into the "Default" theme as well soon.
