Public Content and Member Content

It would be helpful if I could also specify in each category which content is public and which is for members only.

Additionally, if we could limit who is allowed to edit member content by role that would help.

This would be very helpful. That way we could use this knowledgebase as our employee handbook or guidebook as well!
