One view for articles in draft

Currently, If someone from the team is writing articles and saving them in draft mode I want to see all articles in draft in one view and not losing time jumping between categories and searching for articles in draft mode.

@qewrtgydjfyukli: We are just a two-person team also building and maintaining 5 other platforms, not even full-time. This one got 3 upvotes since Apr 13, 2022, so it is not very high on our priority list. But it is planned and coming. Just like the rest of the planned submissions.
