Customise article slugs

Implement the possibility to change article slugs. So when the article slug is "this-is-the-article-title", make it editable so we can use "my-custom-article-slug".

Please introduce this feature as soon as possible, as changing the article title currently breaks the existing page link. Having a custom slug would be beneficial, allowing us to use short, SEO-friendly slugs while maintaining longer, more descriptive titles. Additionally, implementing a redirection feature would be advantageous, enabling us to redirect old page links to the new ones.

This is deeply required. You should also include an option globally to exclude the category prefix in the slugs. If someone is deep linking to the article the categories can make things quite long. Thus you should include three options:

1. Globally allow/disallow category slugs.
2. Define custom category slugs.
3. Define custom article slugs.
