Restore Function

I would like the ability to review deleted articles by Category, See the photo above of what it could look like.

-Extended Editor role can Restore articles.

-Admin can permanently delete.

-Other Extended Editor's can be notified when an article is deleted and by who.

-"Date till purged" can be configured in the Workspace settings to auto-purge articles within a day up to a month.
