It's nice to have the roles as they pertain to admin features.
I'm really missing access roles to whole categories and articles on a more granular level.
For example, I'd live only certain team members to have access to the Accounting part of the KB. Conversely, only some will need access to Training or Onboarding sections.
This would make it more manageable for members to have only what they need and prevent more sensitive information from being shared with the entire team.
