when users visit a URL that doesn’t exist, they are currently shown a very basic 404 page without helpful guidance. This often leads to confusion, especially for non-technical users.
Problem:
We’ve repeatedly received support calls from customers who accessed outdated links and didn’t know how to proceed after hitting a 404 page.

A more helpful 404 experience would significantly reduce friction and support effort.
