Sitemap.xml, invalid "loc" tag

Google Search Console complains that the sitemap's url/loc tag is invalid and does not accept it.

But another validator strangely said it is okay. (mysitemapgenerator.com/service...)

Should the loc tag include https:// in front of it since our other sitemap for main site has it and Google accepts it fine?

Ah, cannot edit my comment. Nor add a screenshot to the comment (requested this btw.).

But refer to this: manual.airwaysim.com/sitemap.x... and row 3, vs. all other loc tags later on.

It seems to read it all right and accept it now (identified 25 pages from the xml), just complaining of the incorrect tag.

But it is the main loc tag for the front page which is missing the https://

I'm not sure what Google is complaining about here. Links in general can only be accessed via https protocol and all links are automatically added with https://. So essentially our Sitemaps are just like Google wants them: developers.google.com/search/d...
